silent raging anger

Silent anger but dangerous anger,
its building and building I might just explode,
but no one will help me release my Anger,
so I step out of the picture before I hurt someone I love,
it comes in silence but leaves in ruins,
I don't believe anyone feels the way I do about you now,
but its just a show for the road,
I've been depressed for so long and hid it so well, I'm still hiding it,
trying to smite it,
but I'm now dangerous,
my anger is at a peak,
and it's nothing that you'd seek to de-flame,
but by now I'm stuck in my mind set I've lost you already,
but I won't break my promise,
I'll always be by your side,
I wish you'd see what you mean to me,
and I need help now,
and I need your help,
but I'm stepping back and out until my angers gone,
I don't want to hurt you,
